Welcome to Filenivo. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the rules for using https://filenivo.com (the “Site”) and the tools and content on it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Using the Site

You don’t need an account to use Filenivo. You can use the Site for lawful personal or business purposes. Please don’t:

  • Process files you don’t have the right to use, or files that infringe someone else’s rights.
  • Use the Site for anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory or sexually explicit, or for any content that exploits minors.
  • Use the Site to spread viruses, malware or other harmful code.
  • Try to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or break into the Site or its systems, or scrape it at scale.
  • Use automated tools to send the Site excessive requests.
  • Use the Site in any way that breaks the law.

2. Your files

Our tools run in your browser, so your files stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. You keep all rights to your files and you’re responsible for having the right to use them. Our Privacy Policy explains more.

3. Our content

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, tools and code, belongs to Filenivo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Please don’t copy, republish or build on our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use or where the law allows it.

4. Tool results

Our tools are here to make everyday tasks easier. The results, such as converted files, compressed files and estimates, may not always match what you expect. Check the result before you rely on it, and keep a copy of your original file. The AI age estimator is for entertainment only and must never be used to verify someone’s age or identity.

5. Ads

The Site shows ads, including ads from Google AdSense. We aren’t responsible for what advertisers say or sell, or for anything you do with them. Please don’t click ads for any reason other than real interest, and don’t use any method to create fake impressions or clicks.

The Site may link to other websites. We don’t control or endorse them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the Site running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Because tools run in your browser, results can also depend on your device, browser and the size of your files. We may change, pause or remove any part of the Site at any time.

8. No warranties

The Site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Filenivo and its owners aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, that come from using or not being able to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site won’t be more than the amount you paid us to use it, which for our free tools is zero.

10. Your responsibility

If your misuse of the Site, your files or your breach of these Terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

11. Ending access

We may block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms or misuses the Site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and if you keep using the Site you accept the changes.
