DMCA Copyright Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Filenivo respects the rights of creators and expects our users to do the same. Our tools run in your browser, so we don’t host, store or review the files people process with them, and we don’t claim ownership of those files. If you believe something published on our Site infringes your copyright, tell us and we’ll look into it.

How to send a notice

Email a written notice to info@filenivo.com that includes:

  1. Your name, address, phone number and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL on our Site of the material you want removed or disabled.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you’re the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

When we get a valid notice, we’ll review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We reply within 24 hours. We may cut off access for people who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Counter-notice

If you think your content was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice at info@filenivo.com. Include your name and contact details, a description of the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your signature. We’ll review it as the law requires.

False claims

Sending a false infringement notice can have legal consequences, so please make sure your claim is valid before you submit it.
